WeldMaster Track ensures consistent welding quality, even with component tolerances and varying seam paths. For applications where exact positioning is essential - for example in precise series processes or complex seam geometries - the system enables optical seam tracking directly during welding.

The seam position is continuously recorded and tracked directly via the axes using closed-loop control. Deviations are compensated in real time - independent of robot inaccuracies and without inaccurate traverse movements.

In many applications, the process can be implemented without filler wire, which reduces complexity and supports economical production.
