General Terms and Conditions - Training Courses

We would like to point out that we are obliged to report receivables to our credit insurance after they are 30 days overdue and to initiate collection proceedings after they are 90 days overdue. 

This training is carried out exclusively on the basis of our General Terms and Conditions of Delivery. You can view these here (please click). 

In the event of cancelations or postponements for which Precitec is not responsible, you will be charged the following expenses:

•  > 2 weeks before the agreed training date, you will not incur any costs.
• < 2 weeks before the agreed training date, we will charge you 25% of the order amount including travel expenses.
• < 1 week before the agreed training date, we will charge you 50% of the order amount including travel expenses.

In the event of a training course not taking place, which was not caused by Precitec, we will charge you 100% of the order amount including travel expenses.
