LightCutter
This training is particularly mandatory for changing optical modules and all other qualified topics according to the service manual. It ensures smooth installation, replacement and operation. Read more about the conditions in our brochure.
FormCutter Plus - Operator course
The aim of the training is to acquire all the skills required to operate the FormCutter Plus, make corrections in the parameterization if necessary and change figures. In addition, error analysis in the event of malfunctions is trained, as is the replacement of wearing parts and remedial measures for quality problems.
FormCutter Plus - Expert course
The aim of this training is to acquire all the skills required to operate the FormCutter Plus and make corrections in the parameterization. The focus is on the maintenance, repair and programming of the FormCutter Plus.
SolidCutter
We offer this training for laser specialists. The aim is to learn the handling, programming, troubleshooting as well as preventive maintenance and the interfaces for the SolidCutter installed on a robot.
LWM - Operator course
At the end of the Laser Welding Monitor System (LWM) seminar, you will have acquired all the skills required to install the LWM and, if necessary, make corrections to the parameterization and create new reference curves. Parameterization is practiced by working on customer data on training notebooks.
LWM - Expert course
At the end of the seminar, you will have acquired all the skills you need to install the Laser Welding Monitor in conjunction with a laser welding head and, if necessary, make corrections to the parameterization and create configurations and new reference curves.
WeldMaster - Operator course
The aim of the seminar is to get to know the general operation and working principle of the system. Additionally, training is provided on how to service and maintain the system.
WeldMaster Scan&Track - Expert course
The aim of the seminar is to acquire all the skills required to install, adjust, operate and parameterize the WeldMaster Scan & Track system. The setting of the WeldMaster system is trained directly in the welding cell through practical exercises.
