Based on laser-photothermal technology, the compact all-in-one system automatically detects components, tracks their movement along the line, compensates for vibrations, and continuously measures coating thickness. The result is more stable processes, lower paint consumption, and higher product quality.
The Enovasense HSR was developed specifically for automated painting and coating lines. The system can be integrated into both horizontal and vertical lines and supports measurements before or after curing. A standardized calibration for common powder coating colors reduces setup time and helps ensure consistent coating quality.
