Samira Rieger

"I started my training as an industrial clerk in September 2022. Within the last 7 months, I was already able to get to know the departments of purchasing, sales processing, work preparation and marketing. I was always welcomed in a friendly manner everywhere and almost always had a fixed contact person who familiarized me with the various areas of responsibility and answered all my questions.

In the monthly quality circle, all trainees can exchange ideas, address problems and thus actively contribute to the further improvement of training."

Tim Deutschländer

Trainee for Electronics Technician for Systems and Devices

"At the beginning of my apprenticeship in 2021, I didn't know exactly what to expect in this profession. As an apprentice for electronics technician for systems and devices, I became aware that electricity plays an even greater role in our everyday lives than I had previously assumed. I am particularly fascinated by the fact that many different functions can be realized with just a few components. I am given a lot of responsibility, work at my own workstation and am allowed to work out solutions to problems independently. This helps me a lot to prepare for professional life, where creatively dealing with problems is an important core competence."

Florian Bühler

"I started my training as an industrial clerk in September 2022. I was very surprised by the openness and friendly interaction among each other. The introductory week with all the team events in September was also great, because I got to know the other trainees, which made it easier for me to get started. The versatility of the training with different areas of application in the company continues to help me find my way around and orient myself according to my abilities. So far, I have been given a lot of responsibility in each individual area and have been allowed to show initiative. I am appreciated everywhere. Of course, I am also challenged, which has had a positive influence on my personal development. I'm open to the future and look forward to learning more skills."

Murat Karakaya

"I started my training as a warehouse logistics specialist here at Precitec in September 2022. Through the team events that were organized for us, we were able to get to know each other better among the trainees. Different skills are needed in the various areas, and this means that I am expanding and improving my current ones more and more. Through the training I have already learned to work independently and if problems arise at work, to solve them independently and to prove my own initiative. Challenges arise every day and overcoming them is a lot of fun for me. I look forward to gaining more skills and knowledge in the future."

Michael Lorenz

Trainer electronic technician, training manager

"For me education is a matter of the heart! I have been responsible for training electronic technicians for devices and systems for about 20 years. Furthermore, I have been a member of the examination board of the IHK Karlsruhe for many years.

It fascinates me again and again to follow the development of these young people and to be allowed to accompany them at their start into their professional life. I follow with great interest how the former trainees" establish themselves in the company and develop both professionally and personally. Since I am a father myself, it is very important to me to approach the young people with fairness, knowledge and understanding."

Sascha Knebel

Trainer production mechanic

"With the final qualification of my master training at the end of 2017, Precitec gave me the opportunity to take care of the apprentices as production mechanics and to accompany them on their way to absolve their training.

It is exciting to see how the young people grow into skilled workers and how their personality also develops. It makes me proud to prepare the trainees for their further life and pursue their further education. In addition, I personally grow as an trainer and always get to know new ways of thinking and views.

As a trainer, I also feel responsible for the stability of our economy and would like to support it with well-trained specialists."

Hubert Adamiak-Gruhn

Trainer cutting machine operators and production mechanics

"Training is my contribution to securing the future of Germany as a business location and the contract between generations. It gives me pleasure to see and help shape how a professional career begins and grows.

Knowledge is an obligation, and working with young people is a challenge within which one grows every day."

Dieter Hossner

Trainer industrial clerks

"As a trainer, I have been accompanying young adults in their professional development for many years. Dual training is a very good qualification and imparts enormous knowledge and skills through professional practice on the one hand and supplementary instruction at vocational school on the other. At Precitec, trainees are involved in operational processes from day one and are immediately integrated into departments and teams. With each new skill you acquire, you are allowed to take on more responsibility, make decisions and actively help shape the day-to-day work. Personally, I'm thrilled to see how young adults develop in such a short time."
