A real all-rounder for thickness measurement of plastic products
When it comes to the thickness measurement of plastic products, whether it is the thickness of foils, preforms, PET-bottles, blisters or balloons the CHRocodile K is a real all-rounder. Its high measurement speed allows for a 100%-control, in- and offline. The compact optical probe needs only access from one side. Given this, eventual variations during the production process are recognized timely, before they could have an impact on the production quality.
The measurement range of 15 – 500 microns, based on an interferometric principle, as well as the strict orientation of CHRocodile K towards plastic products, allows for an immense number of applications – at the same time offering an astonishing price/performance ratio.
